On December 15, 2015, TECHGEL signed the agreement with the investor named DaNang International Terminal Investment and operation JSC (AHT) to modify the technical detail design, prepare the bill of quantity and estimate the total cost for the entire M&E system of International Passenger Terminal Project – DaNang Airport.


It is TECHGEL’s modified designing that saved the investor hundreds of billions of VND on the cost of investment and operating for M&E system.



After having finished the design and offered a very competitive tender, TECHGEL signed the official contract to execute M&E system of the project on April 20, 2016. The representatives of the investor: Mr. Thanh Ngoc Pham - Chairman of the board of members and Mr. Hong Khac Le – General Director, together with Mr. Ngon Cong Dang - Chairman of the board of members cum General Director of TECHGEL.

This contract will terminate on January 20, 2017. The contract did mark great progress towards TECHGEL in areas of high- level and complexity in techniques.

This terminal is expected to have a capacity of 6 billion passengers every year, serve 1,600 passengers in the rush hour, and be available for code E aircraft after the completion.


The project will be finished and put into the trial operation in March, 2017 in time for the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) forum to be held in Danang City in 2017.




The perspective of  International Passenger Terminal – Da Nang International Airport



The project consists of three main construction categories: International Passenger Terminal, flyover at entrance and parking lot with a total cost of VND 3,504 billion.


International Passenger Terminal covering 21,000 square metres and with Gross floor area of 48,000 square metres. The terminal in the shape of linear fitting the existing terminal has been designed to have separated arrival and departure, has 40 procedure counters (20 check-in counters and 20 check-out counters), has 10 boarding gates (4 jet ways and 6 gates of boarding by shuttle bus), two baggage check-in areas and four baggage claim ones. In particular, one floor of the terminal designed to serve trade and other non-airport services will satisfy passengers’ demand to the maximum.
