JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Check and understand the scope of work and source information for the assigned work (design requirements / bids, bidding documents / price quotation, contracts, annex contracts, scopes the work in the bidding documents/request for quote/contract, etc.).
2. Carry out surveys for designing.
3. Survey/clarify the bidding documents.
4. Prepare design documents: Basic design, Technical design, Design explanation
5. Generate BOQ and Estimation Schedule
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Have experience in project design and construction related to MEP in buildings, infrastructure (airport, factory,…).
2. Over-3-year experience in designing and supervising, using Shop Drawings, producing BOQ
3. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad 2D,…
4. Having knowledge in REVIT software is a plus.
